The pipeline butt-joint device capable of adapting to adjustment consists of a hose 1, a rotary shaft 2, a bracket 3, a hoop 4, a heat-insulation buffer layer 5, an adapting head 6, a lifting frame 7, an inclined support 8, a bottom plate 9 and a vertical rod 10. The device is used for a pipeline butt-joint system, wherein one end of the pipeline butt-joint system is fixed, and the other end of the pipeline butt-joint system has displacement, vibration and structural changes. In a using process, adapting heads of different structural forms are matched in structure and position. The lifting frame is adjusted in height, so that height errors of the bracket can be compensated. When one end of the hose has displacement, the bracket bound with the hose can freely rotate to relieve additional stress. The heat-insulation buffer layer is used for reducing heat conduction between medium and the bracket and reducing influences, on the pipeline system, of the vibration.
