Abstract

The invention provides a torque manager and a vehicle with the same. The torque manager comprises a power input frame, an output shaft, a friction plate set, a rotor oil pump, an end cover, a piston and an extrusion piece. Driving friction plates of the friction plate set are fixed to the power input frame, and driven friction plates are fixed to the output shaft. An oil storage chamber is defined by the end cover, the rotor oil pump and the output shaft. An inner oil cavity is defined by an inner rotor of the rotor oil pump, an outer rotor of the rotor oil pump and the piston. The inner rotor of the rotor oil pump is fixed to the output shaft. The outer stator is fixed to the power input frame. When a rotating speed difference exits between the power input frame and the output shaft, oil in the oil storage chamber can enter the inner oil cavity through the rotor oil pump, and therefore the driving friction plates can be forced to be attached to the driven friction plates through the extrusion piece. According to the torque manager, the structure is simple, cost is low, and the automatic torque regulating function can be achieved.
