Abstract

The blade measuring instrument comprises a measurement system for recording measurement data, and two measuring heads. An end part of each measuring head is provided with a measuring ball. The tool comprises a reference pedestal which is supported by a detection table, and the reference pedestal is vertically provided with two installation columns. The installation columns are respectively provided with a standard cylinder in a vertical manner, wherein the standard cylinders are used for the self-inspection whether the wear degrees of the measuring balls exceed a permissible range or not. The measurement system drives the two measuring balls to contact with the excircles of the standard cylinders, and to respectively rotate through a half circle along the peripheral lines of the standard cylinders, so as to obtain a measurement circular curve and to judge whether the wear degrees of the measuring balls exceed the permissible range or not according to the measurement circular curve.
