According to the system provided by the invention, the data storage unit stores all data information during processes of drug storage, delivery, selling, sales returning, and breakage and the query and statistical unit inquires all information during the drug selling process within designated time, so that all links of drug management can be managed effectively. Therefore, the management efficiency and the accuracy during the management process can be improved substantially.
