Abstract

The invention provides a thermal virtual experiment method, which is characterized in comprising the following steps of: 1) utilizing an aerodynamic heating module of HAJIF2013 software, carrying out structurally thermal response modelling on the basis of the ideal load boundary condition of a structure so as to form a thermal analysis model and carry out analysis, and utilizing an analysis result temperature field and heat flux density to guide material object experiment design; 2) according to a material object experiment heater and a support condition, utilizing the aerodynamic heating module to generate thermal virtual experiment environment, carrying out virtual assembly, and carrying out virtual experiment display on an analysis result; 3) according to the real thermal boundary condition of a material object thermal experiment, substituting the thermal analysis model in the 1), and calculating structurally thermal response under a material object experiment condition; and 4) carrying out a thermal material object experiment to obtain an experiment result of the structurally thermal response.
