Abstract

One embodiment of the present invention provides an emotion recognition method and device and an intelligent interaction method and device which solve the problem in the prior art that an intelligent interaction mode can not provide the differential response services according to the different emotion states of the users, wherein the emotion recognition method comprises the steps of obtaining the voice emotion recognition results according to the voice messages of the users, wherein the voice emotion recognition results comprise one of at least two preset emotion categories; according to the face images of the users, obtaining the face emotion recognition results, wherein the face emotion recognition results also comprise one of the at least two preset emotion categories; and when the obtained voice emotion recognition results and the face emotion recognition results are the same emotion category, determining the emotion states of the users as the same emotion category.
