The processing method comprises the following steps: receiving multiple line image lattice data in sequence; for each received line image lattice datum, dividing each line image lattice datum into n groups according to the arrangement rule of all nozzles of a spray head; writing the n groups of lattice data corresponding to each line image lattice datum in a predetermined address of a cache; and reading the data in the cache according to the address sequence in accordance with the printing line number, and sending the data to the spray head. The processing device comprises a receiving unit, a dividing unit, a storage unit and a reading unit. The processing system comprises the processing device, the cache and the nozzles.
