Abstract

The invention discloses a heavy-load testing device and relates to the technical field of manufacturing of large-size crane testing devices. The heavy-load testing device comprises a base, wherein the base is connected with a transverse beam through a stand column; a guide pulley wheel and a winding rope pulley wheel group with a steel wire rope are arranged at the top of the transverse beam; a connecting rod is hinged onto the base below the winding rope pulley wheel group; a pin shaft penetrates through a through hole, formed in a front end, of the connecting rod; the base is fixedly provided with a fixed connecting end which is connected with one end of the steel wire rope and is hinged to a loading oil cylinder; and a movable connecting end connected with the other end of the steel wire rope is arranged at a part, located at a piston rod end, of the loading oil cylinder. Compared with the prior art, the heavy-load testing device disclosed by the invention can cover a tensile test of a crane tackle device with the capacity of 2000T or below; and the requirements on tackle tensile tests of large-size cranes at home and abroad at present are met.
