Abstract

The invention provides a swinging preventing device for a power transmission line. The swinging preventing device comprises a connecting rod, a first connecting assembly, a composite insulator, a second connecting assembly and two spacers used for being connected with the power transmission line, wherein the two spacers are connected through the connecting rod; a first end of the composite insulator is connected with the connecting rod through the first connecting assembly; and a second end of the composite insulator is connected with the ground through the second connecting assembly. According to the invention, the spacers are enabled to be connected to the ground through the first connecting assembly, the second connecting assembly and the composite insulator, and thus a downward pulling force is applied to the spacers so as to increase the stability of the spacers, so that a swinging preventing effect of the power transmission line is enhanced, and the stability of the power transmission line is improved. In addition, the spacers are isolated from the ground through setting the insulator, thereby preventing breakdown, forming a loop with the ground, and improving the safety of the swinging preventing device.
