Abstract

The OLED panel comprises an array substrate; an OLED layer which is arranged on the upper layer of the array substrate; a fingerprint acquisition unit array which is arranged on the same layer of the array substrate or the fingerprint acquisition unit array which is arranged between the array substrate and the OLED layer; and a control circuit which is connected with the fingerprint acquisition unit array which is arranged. The fingerprint acquisition unit array is arranged on the array substrate of the OLED panel or arranged on the upper layer of the array substrate and the OLED layer so that the problem that the fingerprint identification module group in the terminal requires to be independently arranged can be solved, the fingerprint identification function is integrated in the OLED panel, only the OLED panel is arranged in the panel of the terminal and both of the display function and the fingerprint identification function can be realized and thus the effect of integrated consistency and integrated beauty of the panel of the terminal can be enhanced.
