The physical network-breaking achieving device is used in the safe computer. The safe computer is used in the information safety system. By means of the USB insertion detection mode, the physical-layer breaking method, the safe computer and the information safety system, insertion of a USB device can be detected in real time, network breaking on the physical layer is achieved, and it can be avoided that attacking of the network of a USB device virus can be avoided when antivirus software is failed.
