Abstract

The invention discloses a computer. A correlation type photogate is used for detecting whether a USB is plugged, and a light path penetrates through the inside of a USB interface; a PCIE buffer is used for controlling a data channel between a network card chip and a PCIE port, thus realizing network outage of the network card chip in a physical layer; an electronic circuit associates the use state of the USB interface with the working state of the PCIE buffer; when the USB interface is detected to be plugged, the PCIE buffer does not work, the data channel between a network card and the PCIE port stops data transmission, and a network interface is cut off; and when the USB interface is not plugged, the PCIE buffer works, the data channel between the network card and the PCIE port normally transmits data, and connection of the network interface is recovered. The invention further discloses an information security network which is provided with the security computer. The invention further discloses a municipal unit information security network which has the information security network. The computer can detect plugging of USB equipment in real time and realize network outage on the physical layer, thus avoiding the attack of viruses in the USB equipment to the network when antivirus software fails.
