The design method comprises the following steps: (1) determining a hull outer contour: forming the hull outer contour by adopting a cuboid with chamfers; (2) amending lines of a stern part: taking any height plane, respectively using a point located on the side boundary of a hull stern flat board and a point located on a stern keel rising line as two ends, performing interpolation along the ship length direction by adopting a cubic spline interpolation curve, then changing height, and repeating the interpolation process; (3) amending lines of a bow part: taking any height plane, respectively using a point located on the side boundary of a hull bow flat board, a point located on the facial line of a key station, and a point located on a bow keel rising line as three end points, performing interpolation along the ship length direction by adopting the cubic spline interpolation curve, then changing height, and repeating the interpolation process; and (4) performing line height interpolation according to different half-width positions: performing interpolation in the ship width direction on the hull contour to form a curve of hull length and height under different hull widths, and finishing drawing of a lines plan.
