A heat pump dual-heat-mass coupled humidification and dehumidification evaporation system and a method belong to the fields of energy and power engineering and evaporation. A condenser of a heat pump system is utilized to drive the evaporation system according to the energy transfer and conversion mechanism in a compression heat pump and an air-water system, and the energy utilization efficiency of the evaporation system is improved through humidification, dehumidification and the in-system heat recovery process.
