The invention relates to a
pollution-free
processing method of
sulfur-containing waste alkaline solution. The method comprises the following steps: removing the floating oil, dispersed oil, and
emulsified oil in the
sulfur-containing waste alkaline solution through steps of
solvent extraction, agglomeration, vortex separation, and mechanical oil removing; adding a
metal sulfate desulfurizer to carry out reactions, carrying out
solid-liquid separation through
centrifugation, settlement, and
filtration; adding a
hydrogen peroxide solution into the desulfurized waste alkaline solution to carry out reactions; adding desalinated water into the reaction precipitate or filtrate cake to prepare
slurry, and transporting the
slurry into a pressurized reactor to carry out
wet oxidation regeneration. After the
wet oxidation regeneration, the obtained
metal sulfate desulfurizer can be reused, the obtained desulfurized waste alkaline solution can be used to neutralize acidic
wastewater, or the desulfurized waste alkaline solution can be neutralized, and then transported to a
sewage processing factory to mix with other
sewage to carry out bio-treatment so as to meet the
discharge standards. The desulfurization is carried out at a common temperature, thus the
energy consumption is reduced, moreover, the volume of the waste alkaline solution needed to be processed by the
wet oxidation treatment is reduced, and the secondary
pollution caused by the volatilization of organic substances during the process of direct wet oxidation treatment of
sulfur-containing waste alkaline solution is avoided.
