Abstract

The invention provides an all-purpose bias loading support device and a use method thereof. The support device comprises a support frame arranged around a press machine, an upper hinged support and a lower hinged support are respectively arranged on the upper end and the lower end of a component; and fixed beams in sliding connection with the upper hinged support and the lower hinged support are arranged on the support frame. The support frame can be used for protecting the component; the movable upper hinged support and lower hinged support can be used for adjusting an eccentric distance, thereby guaranteeing the security of personnel and properties in the bias testing; the eccentric hinged support is fixed before the testing so as to guarantee that the hinged support cannot overturn when hoisting a testing component; the constraint on the fixed beams and the hinged support is relieved after the preloading, and the hinged support is downwardly adjusted to a proper position, and then a protection part is added so that the support frame structure can play the protection effect around the component; and meanwhile, the hinged support is prevented from falling. The structure is designed as a multi-part assembling type, the field splicing is simple, and meanwhile the dead-weight of each part is lightened.
