Abstract

The invention discloses a near infrared spectrum analysis method for discriminating mammal genders based on furs. The method comprises the steps of firstly collecting a male animal furs sample and a female animal furs sample of mammals of one species; collecting near infrared spectrums of the obtained furs samples under a certain measurement condition, wherein the obtained spectrums are not subjected to preprocessing or chemometrics preprocessing; selecting a modeling spectrum range from obtained spectroscopic data; after carrying out dimensionality reduction on data within the selected spectrum range, adopting a chemometrics method for building and verifying a mammal gender discriminant model; taking a furs sample of the mammal with unknown gender, collecting a spectrum according to the same method and carrying out multi-step processing on spectrum data, and finally applying the built model for discriminating the mammal genders. According to the near infrared spectrum analysis method for discriminating the mammal genders based on the furs provided by the invention, the near infrared spectrum based on the furs is combined with a chemometrics technology so as to discriminate the mammal genders, and the advantages that the analysis method is accurate and convenient to use, and the compliance of a testee body is good are realized.
