The method for developing web pages comprises the following steps: acquiring pre-configured page links for any service modules, wherein the page links configured for the service modules have the same first level routing; extracting the first level routing from the pre-configured position in the page link, and configuring the file path for the first level routing, wherein the file corresponding to the file path is used for processing the page links carrying the first level routing.
