The method comprises the following steps: after converting signals received by the LTE distributed relay system to digital baseband signals, firstly processing the digital baseband signals by using an analysis filter bank to obtain digital signals at each resource block frequency band; then respectively enabling the digital signals at each resource block frequency band to pass a power calculation unit and a discrimination unit to calculate the energy of the digital signals at each resource block frequency band, and comparing the energy of the digital signals at each resource block frequency band with the noise threshold; if the energy spectrum of the digital signals is smaller than the noise threshold, enabling the signal output of the resource frequency band to be zero, and if the energy spectrum of the digital signals is greater than the noise threshold, implementing undistorted output of the digital signals at the resource block frequency band; and then processing the output signals at each resource block frequency band by using a synthesis filter bank to obtain reconstructed LTE digital baseband signals.
