Method used

As can be seen from Table 2, triflumid and amino oligosaccharin are compounded, and in the proportioning range of 50~1:1~50, triflumid and amino oligosaccharin have relative Addition or synergism, especially in the range of 20-1:1-20, the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) is greater than 120, showing a synergistic effect on cucumber root-knot nematode. It can be seen that the compounding of triflumidazolamide and amino oligosaccharin is reasonabl...

Abstract

The invention relates to a trifluoro-pyrimidine amide-containing nematicidal compound. The compound comprises an effective ingredient A, an effective ingredient B and a pesticide preparation auxiliary ingredient, wherein trifluoro-pyrimidine amide is used as the effective ingredient A; one of amino-oligosaccharin or chitosan is selected as the effective ingredient B; the weight ratio of effective ingredient A to effective ingredient B is (50-1) to (1-50); the total content of the effective ingredients is 0.5%-80% of the total weight of the compound. The compound can be prepared into the agriculturally acceptable dosage forms, such as, emulsifiable concentrate, water dispersible granule and water emulsion. The trifluoro-pyrimidine amide-containing nematicidal compound is reasonable in components and has an excellent effect for preventing and treating underground nematode of forest and industrial crops, such as, grain crops, vegetables and fruit trees; compared with the effect for preventing and treating the underground nematode of a single preparation, the effect of the compound has an obvious synergic effect for killing nematode; the dosage is reduced; the pesticide residue is reduced; the pesticide service life is prolonged; the generation of pest drug tolerance is delayed; the safety to the crops is high; the crop stress resistance is obviously increased; the yield and quality are increased.

Example Embodiment

[0056] Example 1: 20% trifluoroimididine amide·amino-oligosaccharin EC
[0057] Weigh 17% trifluoroimididine amide, 3% amino oligosaccharides, 7% Nongru 500# (calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate), 8% alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% sodium ricinoleate , 8% dimethyl sulfoxide (cosolvent), the remainder of xylene (solvent). Mix and stir trifluoroimididine amide, amino oligosaccharin, cosolvent and solvent to completely dissolve trifluoroimididine amide and amino oligosaccharin, add other additives, and stir evenly to obtain 20% trifluoroimid Rimidamide·Amino-oligosaccharin EC.
[0058] Using the above 20% trifluoroimidamide·amino-oligosaccharin EC for controlling tobacco root knot nematodes, diluted with 400g.a.i./ha water for root irrigation, the control effect of 14 and 30 days after the treatment is 81.3% and 84.7%. The control agent 5% trifluimidinamide EC was used in the same way as the effective ingredient amount was 400g.a.i./ha, and the 10% aminooligosaccharin EC was used in the same way. The prevention and control effects of 5% trifluoroimidamide emulsifiable concentrate were 76.5% and 72.8% after 14 days and 30 days, respectively; the prevention and control effects of 10% aminooligosaccharin emulsifiable concentrate were 66.4% and 68.3% after 14 days and 30 days, respectively . The synergistic effect of the combination of trifluoroimidamide and aminooligosaccharin is obvious, and the control effect on tobacco root knot nematode is obviously better than that of single agent.

Example Embodiment

[0059] Example 2: 20% Trifluoroimidamide·Chitosan EC
[0060] Weigh 18% trifluoroimidamide, 2% chitosan, 5% sodium lauryl sulfate, 8% alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 5% sodium ricinoleate, 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (Co-solvent), the remainder of xylene (solvent). Mix and stir the trifluoroimididine amide, chitosan, cosolvent and solvent to completely dissolve the trifluoroimididine amide and chitosan, add other additives and stir evenly to obtain 20% trifluoroimid Rimidamide·Chitosan EC.
[0061] Using the 20% trifluimidinamide chitosan EC for controlling tobacco root-knot nematodes, and diluting the root-knot nematodes with 400g.a.i./ha with water, the control effect is 82.4% and 83.7% at 14 and 30 days after application. For the control agent, 5% trifluimidinamide EC was used in the same way as the effective ingredient amount was 400g.a.i./ha, and the 10% chitosan EC was used in the same way. The control effects of 5% trifluoroimidamide EC were 77.4% and 73.1% after 14 days and 30 days respectively; the control effects of 10% chitosan EC were 64.4% and 67.3% 14 days and 30 days respectively . The synergistic effect of the combination of trifluoroimidamide and chitosan is obvious, and the control effect on tobacco root knot nematode is obviously better than that of single agent.

Example Embodiment

[0062] Example 3: 50% trifluoroimididine amide·amino-oligosaccharin wettable powder
[0063] Weigh 45% trifluoroimidamide, 5% aminooligosaccharin, 7% fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 8% sodium lignosulfonate, 8% naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate sodium salt, and the balance is kaolin. According to the above formula, mix trifluoroimididine amide and amino oligosaccharides and other ingredients, stir evenly in a stirring tank, pulverize by jet mill, and mix well to make 50% trifluoroimididine amide·amino oligosaccharide Glycogen wettable powder.
[0064] Using the above 50% trifluoroimidamide·amino-oligosaccharin wettable powder to control tomato root-knot nematodes, dilute the root-knot nematode with 300g.ai/ha with water, the control effect of 82.7% and 84.8 after 14 days and 30 days after application %. The 50% trifluimididine amide wettable powder for the control agent is used in the same way as the effective ingredient amount is 300g.a.i./ha, and the 20% aminooligosaccharin wettable powder is 300g.a.i./ha for the effective ingredient amount. The prevention and control effects of 50% trifluimidinamide wettable powder were 75.5% and 72.4% after 14 days and 30 days respectively; the prevention and control effects of 20% amino-oligosaccharin WP were 62.4 14 days and 30 days after application. % And 64.9%. The synergistic effect of the combination of trifluimidinamide and aminooligosaccharin is obvious, and the control effect on tomato root knot nematode is obviously better than that of single agent.
