Abstract

The preparation method includes the steps of: 1) in 100 ml of an ethanol / water mixture solvent with volume ratio of ethanol to water being 1:1, adding a certain amount of a 1-ethyl-3-dodecylimidazolediethylphosphonate ionic liquid, adding a Na2S water solution to perform a reaction, and dropwise adding a completely dissolved Zn(Ac)2 water solution; 2) after the reaction is finished, filtering and washing a reaction product, drying the reaction product in a vacuum drying box to obtain a white powder, and dispersing the white powder in basic oil to obtain an ionic liquid modified zinc sulfide dispersion liquid; and 3) adding the ionic liquid modified zinc sulfide dispersion liquid to the basic oil with addition of an antioxidant, an anti-rust agent, a viscosity index improver, a pour point depressant and a defoamer, thereby producing the energy-saving anti-wear hydraulic oil which has excellent anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties.
