Problems solved by technology

At present, the photothermal effect tests for photothermal conversion agents are mainly simple devices built by experimenters themselves. These device methods are often complicated to operate, have poor repeatability, and are not digital enough, so they need to be further improved.

Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic temperature controllable near-infrared photothermal conversion tester. The automatic temperature controllable near-infrared photothermal conversion tester consists of a test platform and a PC control platform which are connected with each other by virtue of wireless data transmission, wherein the test platform comprises a photoelectric converter, a temperature controller, a temperature display, a temperature measurement transmitter, a sample pool, a magnetic stirrer and a near-infrared laser source. The near-infrared laser is used as an excitation light source, a temperature measurement and control apparatus is used for testing temperature of a test sample, the temperature measurement data is transmitted to the PC control platform by virtue of a wireless signal way, a purpose of observing and recording the temperature variation of the test sample in real time is achieved, the temperature controller can control the temperature of the test sample at a certain range by controlling the power of the near-infrared laser, the near-infrared photothermal conversion temperature rising effect of a liquid-phase matter can be tested, and the near-infrared photothermal conversion temperature can be controlled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of measuring equipment, and relates to an instrument for testing liquid-phase substances, in particular to a tester for testing the near-infrared light-to-heat conversion effect of liquid-phase substances and controlling the near-infrared light-to-heat conversion temperature. Background technique [0002] Photothermal therapy is a new method for treating tumors, which has great development potential and will become an important method for treating tumors. Photothermal therapy is to use materials with high photothermal conversion efficiency, inject them into the human body, use targeted recognition technology to gather near the tumor tissue, and treat them under the irradiation of an external light source (generally near-infrared light). A treatment in which light energy is converted into heat to kill cancer cells. In the process of treatment, infrared light is used to irradiate the patient's part to accelerate the bl...
