The invention discloses a parking lot intelligent reverse vehicle searching system based on a two-dimensional code. The system comprises a background server and a client side intelligent mobile phone. The client side intelligent mobile phone is connected with the background server through a wireless network to perform data interaction. The client side intelligent mobile phone is used for inputting current position information and vehicle position information required to be searched and displaying the optimal vehicle searching path. The background server generates the two-dimensional code including an inquiring link address and parking lot specific position information. The optimal path is calculated according to an optimal path search algorithm based on the current position information inputted by the client and the vehicle position information required to be searched and displayed on the client side intelligent mobile phone. Reverse vehicle searching can be easily realized without performing hardware reconstruction on the present parking lot, and a closed-loop system of guiding the vehicle owner to park and assist the vehicle owner to find the vehicle can be formed so that the parking place use efficiency can be greatly enhanced, the universality and the applicability of the system can be increased and the system has infinite benefits for the management side and the user.
