Abstract

The existing endoscopic surgical instruments mainly comprise a pneumoperitoneum needle, separating pliers, a casing needle, a switching cap, grasping forceps, a needle holder, an electrocoagulation hook, an application device, scissors, a snare, a line type cutting anastomat, a repair stapler, a retractor, a specimen bag and a hook. Because the material and structural design factors, functions of the surgical instruments are undiversified, the instruments need to be frequently changed to implement multiple actions such as a separation, a shearing, a grasp and a pull, bringing inconvenience to an operator, and prolonging the operation time. To resolve the problems of the endoscopic instruments in the prior art, such as a complex structure, high costs in production and use of an integrated structure, undiversified functions, easiness to damage a tissue, failure to conform to ergonomics and impacts on surgical operations, a medical surgical instrument is provided. The medical surgical instrument comprises a handle, a steering fixing device, a push pipe (1), and a connecting rod (2). The handle is of an integrally-formed structure or a whole structure formed by connected segments, and comprises a transverse arm (3) and a vertical arm (4).
