Because the material and structural design factors, functions of the surgical instruments are undiversified, the instruments need to be frequently changed to implement multiple actions such as a separation, a shearing, a grasp and a pull, bringing inconvenience to an operator, and prolonging the operation time. To resolve the problems of the endoscopic instruments in the prior art, such as a complex structure, high costs in production and use of an integrated structure, undiversified functions, easiness to damage a tissue, failure to conform to ergonomics and impacts on surgical operations, a medical surgical instrument is provided. The medical surgical instrument comprises a handle, a steering fixing device, a push pipe (1), and a connecting rod (2). The handle is of an integrally-formed structure or a whole structure formed by connected segments, and comprises a transverse arm (3) and a vertical arm (4).
