The bacterial fertilizer comprises two forms of a liquid bacterial fertilizer and a solid bacterial fertilizer, wherein the mass content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the liquid bacterial fertilizer is greater than or equal to 4%; each ml of liquid bacterial fertilizer contains 150,000,000-350,000,000 cellvibrio japonicus, pseudomonades and thermophilic sporotrichum spores, 50,000,000-250,000,000 nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and potassium bacteria; the mass content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the solid bacterial fertilizer is greater than or equal to 6%; each gram of solid bacterial fertilizer contains 100,000,000-250,000,000 cellvibrio japonicus, pseudomonades and thermophilic sporotrichum spores, and 50,000,000-200,000,000 nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and potassium bacteria.
