Abstract

The invention provides grabbing and mounting complete equipment for production of pyrophyllite for diamonds. The grabbing and mounting complete equipment comprises a feeding belt, a grabbing and press-fitting machine and a discharging belt which are arranged in sequence. The grabbing and press-fitting machine comprises a working platform mounted on four supporting legs. A lower die assembly of a forming die is mounted in the middle of the working platform. A jacking hydraulic cylinder or a jacking air cylinder is arranged below the working platform and can driving the lower die assembly of the forming die in the middle of the working platform to ascend and descend. The side face of the working platform is provided with a workpiece moving device. The workpiece moving device comprises a vertical lifting linear module and a transverse linear translation module. A moving component of the transverse linear translation module is connected with a grabbing and pressing integrated manipulator. The manipulator can grab the internal cylindrical surface of a workpiece and put down the workpiece. Meanwhile, the lower end of a sleeve as an internal supporting mechanism telescopic guiding component can also be used as a pressure head for workpiece assembling.
