The method comprises the following steps: obtaining coordinates of i feature points from a space point of a source coordinate system, obtaining a coordinate corresponding to each of the feature points in a target coordinate system and calculating to obtain a coordinate difference value set T of the feature points; constructing based on the coordinate difference value set T to obtain a coordinate system conversion model; taking the quantity of elements in the coordinate difference value set T as an index range of the feature points and endowing each of the elements with a unique index value; obtaining an element s corresponding to an index value S of a non-feature point K; according to the element s, obtaining converted quantity on a coordinate corresponding component and based on the coordinate system conversion model, calculating to obtain a coordinate in the target coordinate system after the conversion of the non-feature point K in the source coordinate system.
