Abstract

The invention relates to a variable diameter cannula device with a driving mechanism and a puncture outfit. The variable diameter cannula device comprises a variable diameter cannula component, a lower cover plate and a lower casing, wherein the lower cover plate and the lower casing clamp and fix the variable diameter cannula component; the variable diameter cannula component comprises three split cannulas which can radially move and a film cannula packing the split cannulas; the split cannulas are arranged in a circular ring shape along a vertical shaft and form a hollow channel for surgical instruments to get in and out with the film cannula; the variable diameter cannula component further comprises the driving mechanism; and the driving mechanism drives the split cannulas to perform rectilinear motion close to or far from the vertical shaft along the radial direction. The variable diameter cannula device can realize diameter variation of a puncture cannula.
