Abstract

The invention discloses a peony seed oil composite natural antioxidant. The composite natural antioxidant is composed of tea polyphenol, a bamboo leaf antioxidant and ascorbyl palmitate according to a mass ratio of (0.5-2.5):(0.5-2.5):1. The tea polyphenol, the bamboo leaf antioxidant and the ascorbyl palmitate are compounded, and obvious synergistic effects are achieved among the three components; and when the three components are added into peony seed oil, the antioxidant effect is obviously higher than that of a pure single component, is superior to that of TBHQ (Tert-Butylhydroquinone), and is obviously higher than that of BHA (ortho-hydroxybenzoic acid), BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene) and other natural antioxidants. The composite natural antioxidant disclosed by the invention is green and non-toxic, has excellent thermal stability and obvious antioxidant effects, and can be used for oxidation resistance of the peony seed oil.
