The cleaning device comprises an injector arranged above a motion platform, wherein the top of the injector is provided with an injector pushing mechanism used for pushing down the solution inside the injector, and the motion platform is in contact with the ground; the lower portion of the injector is electrically connected with a high-voltage power source, and a high-voltage electric field is formed through the lower portion of the injector and the motion platform; a baffle block is arranged between the motion platform and the injector, and horizontally positioned just below the injector, and a thread seam, one end of which is open, is formed in the baffle block to enable spinning to pass through; a brush is arranged at the end, the opening of which is made outward, of a thread seam, and the other end of the baffle block is connected with a first pushing mechanism, and driven through the first pushing mechanism to move to the brush horizontally; the brush is driven through a second pushing mechanism to reciprocate toward the thread seam horizontally, and two sensors used for detecting dope bead flow are arranged on the baffle block symmetrically about the thread seam in a face-to-face mode; the sensors are electrically connected with the second pushing mechanism.
