The vehicle-mounted remote control unit (101) is used for transmitting vehicle identification information; the receiving unit (103) is used for receiving the vehicle identification information within a set distance from the parking space; the judging unit (104) is used for judging whether the vehicle identification information is identical with preset information or not; the first control unit (105) is used for controlling the lock mechanism (102) to switch from a supported state to a falling state when the vehicle identification information is identical with the preset information; the lock mechanism (102) is kept to be at the supported state when the vehicle identification information is different from the preset information; and the power supply unit (106) is used for powering the lock mechanism (102), the receiving unit (103), the judging unit (104) and the first control unit (105).
