The device comprises a first conveying platform, a second conveying platform, a first image acquiring unit and a processing unit, wherein a gap is formed between the first conveying platform and the second conveying platform; the sheet is conveyed from the first conveying platform to the second conveying platform in the first direction; the sheet in the first direction has a first length, and the gap is provided with a first distance in the first direction, and the first length is beyond the first distance; the first image acquiring unit is arranged on the other side opposite to side provided with the gap; a plurality of first acquiring images can be obtained by continuously acquiring the images of the sheets at the gap; the processing unit is used for splicing the plurality of acquiring images to form a first splicing image and recognizing whether the mark is in the first splicing image.
