The circuit comprises a signal path, a grounding end, a fore bleeding unit and a back bleeding unit, wherein the first end of the fore bleeding unit is communicated with the signal path, and the second end is communicated with the grounding end; the output end and the input end of the signal are communicated through a conductor; the protector further comprises a decoupling circuit, wherein one end of the decoupling circuit is communicated with the signal path, and the other end is communicated with the first end of the back bleeding unit; the second end of the back bleeding unit is communicated with the grounding end. In the signal surge protector, a decoupling element serially connected on the signal path is removed, two ends are connected through the conductor, and the decoupling circuit is serially connected on the back bleeding unit, thereby guaranteeing the cooperation of the back bleeding unit and the fore bleeding unit.
