The method comprises the steps of obtaining an initial electric energy marginal price and a power transmission marginal price; establishing a subordinate layer model and a leading layer model, wherein the subordinate layer model comprises a power generation model and a power transmission model based on renewable energy source, and the leading layer model comprises an inspection constraint condition suitable for inspecting the subordinate layer model; determining subordinate layer planning according to the subordinate layer model, and submitting the subordinate layer planning to the leading layer model to perform inspection; if the subordinate layer planning does not satisfy the inspection constraint condition, re-calculating the electric energy marginal price and the power transmission marginal price and feeding back the prices to the subordinate layer model until the subordinate layer planning submitted by the subordinate layer model satisfies the inspection constraint condition; and if the subordinate layer planning satisfies the inspection constraint condition, taking the subordinate layer planning as the overall renewable energy source and power grid coordinated planning.
