Abstract

The tritium target apparatus comprises a target main body and an accelerator interface; the target main body comprises a target sheet; and the target sheet comprises a substrate and a diamond layer arranged on the substrate and with high thermal conductivity performance, wherein when a tritium ion beam passes through the accelerator interface to shoot and bombard the target sheet, the released heat energy passes through the diamond layer to be absorbed and diffused and then to be transferred to the substrate. By adoption of the mode, the temperature of the target sheet can be controlled effectively, runaway and loss of tritium atoms in working can be avoided, apparatus performance degradation can be avoided, and the apparatus can be protected effectively; and in addition, enlargement of the diameter and improvement of the rotating speed of the target sheet are not needed, and the mechanical strength and the like of the apparatus can be guaranteed.
