The EBSD sample preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and batching of powdery samples; compression molding; sintering; inlaying; grinding and polishing; and sample cleaning. According to the invention, raw cemented carbide powder and Cu powder are fully and uniformly mixed, and the obtained mixture is sintered in a thermal analyzer with precise temperature control and a protective atmosphere; the raw cemented carbide powder is cured in virtue of a Cu phase, and the aggregates of a WC raw material are perfectly dispersed; the optimal parameters of EBSD grinding, polishing and sample preparation are obtained through optimization, so good EBSD testing results can be obtained; and application of large equipment is omitted, so pressing and sintering cost is greatly reduced and an experimental period is shortened.
