Abstract

The invention discloses a fructus gardeniae beverage with efficacies of dispelling effects of alcohol and protecting liver. The fructus gardeniae beverage is prepared from radix glycyrrhizae, rape pollen, maltitol, fructus gardeniae, blueberries, chitosan oligosaccharide, vitamin B10, lotus seeds and soybean protein. In traditional Chinese medicine, fructus gardeniae has a liver protecting efficacy, but an efficacy of dispelling effects of alcohol is not mentioned. By researching of the efficacy of pure fructus gardenia in dispelling of effects of alcohol, various biological preparations with a liver protecting efficacy, vitamin B10 and chitosan oligosaccharide for improving human immunity are added, and a small quantity of radix glycyrrhizae is added in order to reduce harms of part of biological preparations to human bodies, so that gentleness in efficacy, low impact on human bodies and easiness in absorption are realized; due to addition of the soybean protein, energy loss caused by drunkenness can be replenished to keep vital functions. Therefore, the fructus gardeniae beverage has advantages of great effects, excellent taste and promising application prospect.
