Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for detecting solution absorbance. The system comprises a pre-set light source, a containing device of a solution to be detected, a light receiving device and a treatment device, wherein the containing device of the solution to be detected is a column body with a top opening; the column body is provided with a first side face, a second side face and a third side face, which are transparent; an included angle between the second side face and the first side face is a right angle; the inner side of the second side face is a reflection mirror face; the pre-set light source emits light towards the first side face and the light is reflected by the second side face and then is irradiated to the third side face; the light receiving device is used for obtaining emergent light of the third side face; the treatment device is used for determining the absorbance of the solution to be detected according to the emergent light of the third side face. Light paths (namely paths of the light from an emergent position to a received position) of the emergent light at the different positions on the third side face are different, so that the light intensity of the different positions on the third side face is different; when the solution absorbance is stronger, the light intensity difference is greater, so that the absorbance of the solution to be detected can be determined according to the different intensity of the emergent light.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical fields of food detection, environmental detection and biochemical detection, and in particular to a solution absorbance detection system and method. Background technique [0002] Absorbance is a physical quantity to measure the degree of light absorption, which refers to the ratio of the incident light intensity before the light passes through the solution or other substances to the transmitted light intensity after the light passes through the solution or other substances. For example, for a solution, the absorbance is mainly affected by the wavelength of light, the thickness of the solution, the concentration of solute in the solution, etc.; under the conditions of the wavelength of the beam and the thickness of the solution, the absorbance is determined by the concentration of the solution. Determining the concentration of specific substances in a solution based on the principle of absorbance is the main techni...
