Abstract

The device comprises a medication mixing tank reaction system and a biological aerated filter processing system, wherein the medication mixing tank reaction system is used for mixing potassium permanganate, chlorine dioxide and to-be-treated raw water, compounding and pre-oxidizing the raw water by virtue of potassium permanganate and chlorine dioxide and removing partial precursors of the halogenated aldehyde disinfection byproduct; and the biological aerated filter processing system is used for further removing the precursors of the halogenated aldehyde disinfection byproduct in compounded and pre-oxidized water by virtue of absorption of a filling and degradation of microorganisms and is connected with the medication mixing tank reaction system through a pipeline.
