Abstract

The invention relates to a pneumatic pole climbing robot. The pneumatic pole climbing robot comprises a hand clamping air cylinder and a leg clamping air cylinder which are connected through a waist air cylinder. The hand clamping air cylinder comprises an upper hand clamping air cylinder body and a lower hand clamping air cylinder which are connected through a steel plate. A small left holding air cylinder is arranged on a movable gripper on the left side of the upper hand clamping air cylinder body. A small right holding air cylinder is arranged on a movable gripper on the right side of the lower hand clamping air cylinder body. A foot clamping air cylinder comprises an upper foot clamping air cylinder body and a lower foot clamping air cylinder body which are connected through a connecting steel plate. A small left holding air cylinder is arranged on a movable gripper on the left side of the upper foot clamping air cylinder body. A small right holding air cylinder is arranged on a movable gripper on the right side of the lower foot clamping air cylinder body. The pneumatic pole climbing robot has the advantages that firstly, an obstacle crossing method is simple and easy to use; secondly, pneumatic transmission is adopted by the robot, and the pneumatic pole climbing robot is environmentally friendly and free of pollution; and thirdly, the robot surrounds a vertical pole when climbs the vertical pole, does not fall backwards, and is safe and reliable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of robots, in particular to a pneumatic pole-climbing robot. Background technique [0002] With the rapid growth of our country's national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, countless high-rise urban buildings have been erected in cities and towns. Pulling steel cables, billboard columns, etc., the cleaning, repairing, and maintenance of these facilities are now basically done by workers working at heights, which is not only inefficient, but also very dangerous. Designing, researching and developing a pole-climbing robot that can be actually used on the construction site can free workers from dangerous, harsh, and heavy labor environments, and will definitely produce good economic and social benefits. [0003] The family of pole-climbing robots is very large, mainly divided into two categories: mechanical and pneumatic. But most robots can only climb smooth barrier-free poles. And m...
