Abstract

The invention relates to a large-displacement electric vibration table comprising a cable body, a moving coil which is arrange at the center of the table body and can move upwardly and downwardly, a DC excitation device, suspension support members, a flexible air bag and a moving coil support base which bear and support the bottom part of the moving coil, a guide shaft and a driving circuit. The moving coil is composed of a bobbin and a driving coil. Circumferential moving coil rib plates are integrally arranged on the upper end of the bobbin. Multiple upward limiting wedge plates are fixedly arranged on the table body in a way of being corresponding to the moving coil rib plates. The suspension support members are multiple U-shaped elastic arms which are arranged in a way of surrounding the moving coil and connected between the table body and the upper part of the moving coil. The excitation device mainly comprises a magnetic cylinder, upper and lower excitation coils, an upper pole plate and a lower pole plate. The large-displacement electric vibration table is characterized in that the length of the guide shaft is increased for 10-12mm in comparison with the length of the present guide shaft; the collision stroke of the wedge plates and the moving coil rib plate limiting edges is increased for 10-12mm in comparison with the present collision stroke; and the stretching length of the U-shaped elastic arms is increased for 10-12mm in comparison with the stretching length of the present U-shaped elastic arms.
