The invention further discloses an intelligent clothes recycling device based on the intelligent clothes recycling method. The intelligent clothes recycling device comprises a recycling body; a delivery device is arranged inside the recycling body; a receiving device, a sorting device and a coding and packaging device are disposed in the delivery sequence of the delivery device; the receiving device is used for receiving the to-be-recycled clothes; the sorting device is used for obtaining the clothes information of the to-be-recycled clothes; the coding and packaging device is used for printing two-dimensional codes containing the clothes information ofthe to-be-recycled clothes, and performing vacuum packaging on the to-be-recycled clothes; and an opening is further formed in the surface of the recycling body and used for moving one or more piecesof packaged to-be-recycled clothes out of the recycling body.
