A connection swing arm, an underground vertical conveying chain, underground horizontal conveying mechanisms, an underground parking area and a controller are arranged in the closed area. The bottoms of the ground parking and picking-up areas and the closed area are connected through horizontal conveying belts. After sensors detect the situation that users park the bikes in the parking and picking-up areas, the controller sends out a parking instruction, the horizontal conveying belts start to operate and convey the bikes to the closed area, and then the connection swing arm mounted in the closed area enablesthe bikes to be connected to the vertical conveying chain in a hung mode to be conveyed towards the underground. On the contrary, after the users pick up the bikes in the parking and picking-up areas,the controller sends out a picking-up instruction, the connection swing arm takes down the bikes from the vertical conveying chain and places the bikes onto the horizontal conveying belts of the closed area, and then the horizontal conveying belts convey the bikes to the parking and picking-up areas for taking of the next user.
