The position tag recommendation method is suitable for execution in the computing equipment in whichposition tag templates and position tag models are stored, and both the templates and the models can be used for generating position tags. The method includes: extracting position title content and position detail content from position description information released by recruiters; subjecting the position title content to template matching according to the position tag templates to obtain titletags; subjecting the position detail content to template matching according to the position tag templates to obtain first detail tags corresponding to the position detail content; converting the position detail content into text vectors, processing the text vectors by the position tag models to obtain second detail tags and output probability of each tag; according to a priority sequence of the title tags, the first detail tags and the second detail tags, selecting tags in target quantity as industrial tags for recommendation.
