One of the methods includes: receiving a resource message sent by the sending terminal, wherein the resource message includes specified information and a resource numerical-value of a to-be-transferred resource; sending a resource transferring message to the receiving terminal correspondingto the specified information, wherein the resource transferring message includes first audio-frequency information, and the first audio-frequency information is uploaded by the sending terminal; receiving second audio frequency recorded by the receiving terminal according to the first audio-frequency information; acquiring a score of the second audio frequency; judging whether the score of the second audio frequency is greater than a preset score threshold value; and transferring all or part of the to-be-transferred resource to a target account, which corresponds to the receiving terminal, ifthe score of the second audio frequency is greater than the preset score threshold value. The resource transferring message can be sent to the receiving terminal corresponding to the specified information. The resource is transferred to the target account only when the score of the recorded second audio frequency is greater than the preset score threshold value, and an effect of resource transferring is better.
