Abstract

The invention relates to a swimming exercise and low-fat diet coordinated intervention method for a hypertensive rat in the development stage. By means of the method, the defects are overcome that thecontent of the fat in an existing low-fat diet is uncertain, and the low-fat diet has negative effects on the neural development learning and memorizing functions of the hypertensive rat in the development stage. In the method, the swimming exercise (60 minutes a day and six days a week) and low-fat diet (the energy supply of the fat is 10.7%) coordinated intervention is provided, the neural development of the hypertensive rat in the development stage is ensured, and meanwhile, the blood pressure decreasing effect is achieved. The blood pressure decreasing effect of the coordinated intervention method on the hypertensive rat in the development stage is better than that of a separate swimming exercise or low-fat diet method on the hypertensive rat in the development stage, meanwhile, the damage of the low-fat diet to the spatial learning and memorizing ability and the hippocampal neural synapse plasticity of the rat is reduced, and the neural development learning and memorizing functions of the hypertensive rat in the development stage are promoted.
