The filter comprises a current signal monitoring module, a current signal processing module, a high-speedprocessing module, a pulse width modulation module, a current compensation generator, a monitoring feedback module, a pre-charging module and a protection module; when the filter works, the current signal monitoring module monitors current change in a power system in real time; the current signal processing module processes signals and transmits the processed signals to the high-speed processing module; the high-speed processing module performs harmonic wave and fundamental wave separation on the processed signals and sends an instruction to the pulse width modulation module; the pulse width modulation module performs pulse width modulation processing; the current compensation generator generates compensation current of which the amplitude is equal to the amplitude of harmonic current andof which the polarity is opposite to the polarity of the harmonic current; the compensation current is inputted into a power grid through the monitoring feedback module, the pre-charging module and the protection module, so that harmonic waves can be eliminated; and the monitoring feedback module feeds back the compensation current to the high-speed processing module in real time, so that the high-speed processing module can perform adjustment timely.
