The signal generator comprises a first clock module, a DAC module, a second clock module, a phase difference calculation unit, a waveform generating unit, a phase adjusting unit, a serial-to-parallel conversion unit and a DAC module, wherein the first clock module is usedfor generating a first clock; the DAC module is used for carrying out M frequency division on the first clock to generate a second clock; the second clock module is used for carrying out frequency division and phase shifting on the second clock to generate a third clock, a fourth clock group, a first clock enabler and a second clock enabler; the phase difference calculation unit is used for generating phase difference data and a waveform starting signal; the waveform generating unit is used for taking the third clock as a working clock and generating N paths of parallel first waveform data according to the phase difference data and the waveform starting signal; the phase adjusting unit is used for taking the third clock as the working clock, and generating second waveform data according to the phase difference data and the first waveform data; the serial-to-parallel conversion unit is used for taking the second clock as the working clock and converting the second waveform data into one path of serial third waveform data; and the DAC module is used for taking the first clock as the working clock and converting the third waveform data into a simulated waveform output.
