Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: S1, obtaining optimum statistical distributions of a tide-bound water level and a time delay of the tide-bound water level; S2, calculating joint probability functions of the tide-bound water level and the time delay by adoption of a conditional distribution method; and S3, calculating cumulative probabilities of the tide-bound water level and the time delay on the basis of the conditional probability method. According to the method provided by the invention, random models of tide-bound water levels and time delays of the tide-bound water levels are established by adoption of the conditional distribution method and a joint probability method, so that theoretical support is provided for safe port loading and unloadingof tide-bound ships.
