On the basis of a major loop of the vehicle-mounted heat pump air-conditioning set, an air supplementing loop is added; the major loop is internally provided with a main road electronic expansion valve (5), a compressor (1), a gas-liquid separator (12), a condenser (4), and an evaporator (11); the major loop and the air supplementing loop transfer heat through an economizer; the air supplementing loop is provided with an air supplementing electronic expansion valve and a one-way valve; and gas outputfrom the air supplementing loop enters a middle compression valve of the compressor. The control method of the vehicle-mounted heat pump air-conditioning set is especially suitable for operating in low temperature environment, and the reliability is high.
